of an old FTA warrant?
thanks cannbis, not the answer i was hoping 4 of course but an answer nontheless!! so no hope before my friend sees the judge, huh?

If the warrant has a bond, you can be released as soon as it is paid.

If there is no bond (there usually is not for a FTA, because an appearance is mandatory), then you have to wait to see the judge.

i dont know about where you are, but when i got arrested it was on a friday, and had i been locked up (in jail) i wouldnt have been able to leave until the following monday

i hope this helps :/
