Can you get themes or ringtones on sidekick lx 09 without a data plan?

So I have a sidekick lx 09 but I dnt have the data plan so is there a way for me to get ringtones from sites like mytinyphone or skringers or themes from sklx09themes. If so can someone tell me how thanks
