Can you get wifi on a Palm Centro like you can on an iPhone or the Palm Pre?

On the iPhone you can access the internet via wireless internet and it's free, is it possible to do the same on the AT&T Palm Centro?
I went through me "Connections" settings i found a "Wireless Modem" option and I thought it could connect to wifi. I tested it and it had some error message.
If you can use wifi, how do I set it up and get it working?
