Can you go on a Royal Caribbean cruise alone if you're 18?

I know some cruise lines require at least one of the guests to be 21 or older. But does Royal Caribbean do that? Can I cruise on my own if I'm 18 on Royal Caribbean? Oh and I went on a weekend cruise to the Bahamas on Royal Caribbean and I noticed that they do not let anyone under 21 drink. But I DID notice that late at night like around 12:00 AM if you went to a bar and you ordered a drink they wouldn't ID you or check you're sea pass, they would just give you a drink. I was wondering if they can't actually charge you with underage drinking since you're in international waters, can they?
