I am sharing the wireless connection on my laptop with my computer when i try and enable internet connection sharing, i get the error message:
"An error occurred while internet connection sharing was being enabled."
"internet connection sharing cannot be enabled, a lan connection is already configured with the IP address that is required for automatic IP addressing"
can you help me asap?

i did that, but when i go onto internet options and then settings like you said, cant see any options like that, apart from "setup" "add" and "lan settings" they are all phased out
