Few things first, I dont know much about cars...
So sorry in advance, and I understand you're not working on my car in person and see whats going on. Ill try my best to describe the problem and see if I can pointed in a direction...
Doesnt sound like fuel is getting to my engine. I checked the fuel pressure, and there was NONE. I pressed on the needle and it was a trickle squirt. (I was told it should spray heavily, almost covering the bottom of the hood.)
To get to the spot where you check the fuel pressure, you have to remove the fuel injector cover?
Well last week my car wouldnt start at all. Today I got in my car to try and give it a go... and it started right up. So I popped my hood to check the fuel pressure... and as I started to remove the fuel injector cover, my vehicle died. I put it back on... and started again.... took the fuel injector cover off again and died again.
Any ideas on what this could be?
January 2008... I had a fuel pump replaced.
It has a 12 month or 1,200 mile warranty. Yes... 1200 miles.... I was screwed.
