I think it was just random and the clerk saved the security vid...? but i want to know how he managed to even get to the store and how long it took him lol.

But first, you need background info: this song was used during the Soviet Union when they didn't want any English songs. Somebody found it and decided to use it in random videos. Then they would send the link to a friend saying how great the video is and their friend would be like wtf was that afterwards.
