We had Verizon high speed Internet "installed" but they now say someone needs to come to turn on the switch on the outside box, but will charge US for service we never had.
Our Service Ready Date has already passed, but has failed because of that switch.
Is there anyway I could go outside, and just turn on the supposed switch myself?
