can you mix non compatible fish in a 350 gallon tank?

Lets say I buy an oscar some puffers and some chiclids would they coexsist in that giant tank?
 
nop i have a 150 gal tank with 5 piranhas ...............later i buy a convict cichlid and he kill one of my piranhas so now i have 4........


sorry but they will kill eachother really easy
