You thought the customer was angry and annoyed but did you ask them to see if you were right?
I can say that I can tell that right now you are feeling miserable and frustrated but unless I have some way of verifying it how do I know that I am not just making it up?
For what it's worth I think the customer was probably displaying very subtle signs of annoyance which you picked up on subconsciously.
There is a name for it, sensing other people's feelings magically is called being an empath but it is the biggest load of hogwash.
