In today's time teachers don't make you read "Tom sawyer." anymore,they just show you the movie,
As my mother put it "They wonder why people are so stupid now!".

I want to improve my english,and become more literate.

What are some book's i could read other than "Tom sawyer."
 
Infinite Jest - David Foster Wallace

= insanely increased vocabulary, have a dictionary nearby if you choose to read it.
