for software problems? So my cheap Samsung galaxy q has a few problems such as turning off at random times and turning on when the power button is not pushed and no notifications so I want to send it in to get fixed but I was wondering If you are allowed to remove the sd card before you send it away just in case it gets erased while being fixed?
