can you retrieve deleted pics from a SAMSUNG INTENSITY cellphone?

I accidently deleted a picture from my samsung intensity and i really want it back without having to download anything on my computer... IS THAT POSSIBLE???? if not put links of best picture retrieving programs that do not cause any viruses!!!! if yes plzzzz tell me how???? That picture means a lot to me... answers will be highly appreciated
