Can you return flat beer?

Say you paid.. $10 or $12 for a 6-pack of high premium beer, what do you do when you open one and go to pour it in a pint glass and it's flat as hell? Do companies offer compensation? I've had this happen twice in the last month now... both different brands. It doesn't make you happy! :(
And no, I don't eat bread.
 
Probably wont get a refund for flat beer. Try to buy higher priced beer from a store that moves a lot of it so you know its relatively new.
 
big grocery store- they will cheerfully give you your money back.

If you purchased flat beer in the bottle, then you should be able to return it.

If the beer went flat in the glass because you left it in the glass too long, no.
