Can you send songs with Stereo Bluetooth like normal Bluetooth?

I am thinking about getting a Rizr Z3 but i don't know if i should because instead of just saying bluetooth it say Stereo Bluetooth. I want to know if i can still send and recieve songs becuase that is my reason for getting a new phone.
