On the first day of School.
A student died. Who killed the student?

Choices :
English teacher says ' i was having karaoke in another section
Science teacher says ' i was dying my hair in the office
Math teacher says ' i was resting from computing the grades
P.E. teacher says ' my students and i were thumb wrestling
Guard says ' i waz having a dance battle with the other guards

Who was the killer?
 
The math teacher is a liar and a murderer. There are no grades to compute on the first day of school!
 
Given the information there is no way to deduce the answer. Possibly guess it which is a 1-in-5 chance at best.

Given that two of the teachers seemed to be alone, they would be the first on my list of subjects.

But there is also the chance that the others were the killer with the other "witnesses" lying to cover for them.

There is nothing that implicated not clears anyone with any degree of certainty.

@Additional - The math teacher is a bit suspicious since this is the first day after all. But thanks to Standardized Testing, many teachers give pop quizes to determine how much of the skills were lost over the summer break.

So assuming that the student in question snuffed it any time after the first period class, say for example during the teacher's break period or during lunch, the teacher could indeed have been grading the test scores from the earlier periods.

So again...nothing that implicates nor clears anyone.
 
There was no killer. The student died. How is unknown.
 
I'd say the Math teacher. What grades would there be on the first day of school?
