Can you still chat in Yahoo if you don't have Messenger on your computer?

If it's a business computer and you can visit the Yahoo Account, can you still chat if you don't have Messenger installed on that computer? Please help!

you can sitll chat in messenger cuz i don't have it installed in my computer and i can still do it
