driving? Sue the cell phone maker (Apple) for making an inherently dangerous product and not providing any warnings to users. My GPS has a legal warning that flashes on the screen every time I turn it on, it says do not operate while veil is in motion. Cell phones don't have this. So can I sue Apple?
No the user crashed into me! I saw their phone was an iPhone
 
Can I sue Maybelline because some idiot rear ended me while trying to apply mascara or eyeliner?
