I'm taking Oxyelite pro and I can't have anything else that contains caffeine. Thanks for the advice in advance guys.
I exercise daily, an hour of cardio 4 times a week and 40 minutes of strength training 3 times a week alternating days. I'm very active but need the extra boost. I'm also dieting and consuming around 200 calories a day. All things taken into perspective the question is about the vitamins not weight loss.
