I have a quadruplex(4-family) house right next door who sublets their basement, which ultimately makes it a 6 family house. Due to this reason my neighborhood has very limited parking. The curb in front of my house has enough space for 2 vehicles however, there is always an unknown car that parks right slab in the middle, preventing anyone else from parking there and would sit there for an entire week before moving again. I would have to sometimes park 2 blocks away from my house which is ridiculous for a once quiet suburb area. I don't know who this car belongs to amongst the families that live there but is there any way to have it legally removed if it stays stagnant for several days?
