Can you travel in Train (India) with Email sent by IRCTC?

A friend has booked the railway ticket for me. He has forwarded the automatic email he received from
IRCTC mentioning all ticket information.

Can i travel using this IRCTC Email Printout? It mentions PNR, Passenger Name and Seat.No.
Or do i need the original IRCTC printout from irctc website?
