nope not true because they are 2 totally different networks. verizon phones do not use sim card so even if u did unlock it u would not be able to put a sim card in it....at&t and t-mobile are interchangeable with unlocking.
You need to specify the mobile phone brand and model?Then get the unlock code for Verizon network locked phones at Theunlockspot.com/verizon-united-states/rs10wp16/ and unlock it from network lock then use with other network sim card...
