the bike pump and air mattress pumps are designed for stems.
the hand pump like for balloon animals can readily be purchased at some of the major bookstores i.e. B&N, BAM they have those like in the children's sections.
i want to fill up 600 balloons for my birthday party with a few friends and know we don't have the breathpower, so what kind of pumps can we use that are readily available (ie not special ordered clown balloon pumps, unless you know a good clown store in NYC)
