Can you whatch youtube videos on a samsung caliber by Metro Pcs?

I want to get a new phone but i really want youtube to work with it too. Please i need to know before my birthday.
 
Dont get it!!!

i bought a caliber from metro pcs because the salesman said i could watch youtube. it worked great for about two week and then youtube upgraded there adobe player. the caliber cant update the adobe player. you are limited to what you can download from the web and everything is copywritten so you can edit or send and web pictures to your friends. its supposed to be a smart phone but in my opinion its a DUMB phone and a regular phone is better and cheaper
