Cancel Tmobile account, less than 30 days.?

Hi, i have a few questions. I've had my Sidekick LX for less than a month, and i would like to cancel the account. I'm on a 2 year contract but i've been told i can return the phone within 30 days.
1. Can i return the phone within 30 days?
2. Do i have to pay a cancelation fee?
3. Can i keep the phone?
4. Can i keep the SIM card?
