I JUST placed an order online two days ago for DirecTV and AT&T bundle package. I just realized that my landlord does not allow their services in our apartment complex. I now need to cancel the service. They haven't installed anything, they gave me a schedule time of when they were coming; I had already cancelled AT&T's internet service.
However, I have about 156$ "pending" to my credit card and I have not used it for anything except signing up for the services.
Can I get my money and will they charge me cancellation fees even if the services aren't installed yet? The lady from AT&T didn't say anything about any charges.
