I`ve put up with T-Mobile for two years now and enough is enough. 80% of the time I cant get over one bar signal strength. Tried a signal booster. Useless. How do I cancel my Flext account. I searched the website for answers.. None. I`ve mailed them. All I get there is sorry to loose you and the runaround but nowhere too actually Say. that would like my contract ended when it runs out in *****. I dont want them to suddenly tell me 6 months later that I owed them 50p. Didnt pay then it was sent to a debt collection agency and its going to cost me over £350 quid like Orange do.Trust me they do.. Any address to write a recorded letter to would be most helpfull..Thanks in advance
