cannot remember childhood cartoon?

i cant remember a cartoon that i watch when i was little.

all i can recall was that there were 2 girls (twins i think) 1 had pink hair and i think she had a yellow dress-ish clothing on with white boots and the other girl was gothic ( that's all i can remember about her) and im almost positive that they were in a band...
