can't access cams in yahoo chat?

When I go to a YAHOO chat room and click on someone that has their webcam on, it ALWAYS says "not connected" on ALL of them...I can view cams on my friends list on yahoo messenger, but not in the rooms. I put in the code word and get access to the room and chat but can't view the cams. Can anyone help???
