Can't burn any CD/DVD?

I installed multiple Nero burning programs and they only allowed me to create "image recorder", it won't let me burn cd's or dvd's... I installed newer nero burning program but it got me the same, earlier I was able to do burn cd's and dvd's just fine. where could the problem be?
 
In the program, be sure you're selecting your CD/DVD drive as the burner, not the image recorder. You do this from the main screen near the center at the top of the window. If you've tried that and it's still not allowing you to select your drive as the burner, then it's possible you may need to reinstall the drivers for your device. Without seeing it for myself, this is all I can suggest.
 
Friend watch the tutorial movie on you tube to burn a cd or DVD, there are many user's friendly burning softwares are available in market now a days.
