So im trying to catch Lugia (level 70) in pokemon heartgold. I have it down to less than 10HP, and even though Im using Dusk balls & ultra balls, I cant catch it!! Is there a proper way to throw a pokeball? Am I supposed to press/hold A or something, while throwing the pokeball, or something?
Ive used up like 30 pokeballs, again, lugia has less than 10HP, there's no way I can take away more HP without killing it.
The pokemon im fighting with is water type, and at level 71, if that makes a difference.
None of my pokemon know any status changing moves, like slee
