cant connect iphone to itunes?

Itunes is fine, but every time I connect my iphone, it says, itunes has encountered a problem you must shutdown, and then it says send or dont send problem. I reinstalled itunes but still the same happens. how can i fix this? it always happens like a few seconds after i cinnect my iphone. pleases help

try reseting the iPhone.
by holding down the Top button and the button at the bottom at the same time til it restarts and if that dont work.
plug it in. and do the same thing hold down the two buttons.
