I just got a new Linksys WRT610N router, and I'm having problems connecting to it with my laptop. All of the other laptops in my house connected to it just fine, except this laptop. When I connect it through an ethernet cable, I get internet, I just can't connect to it wirelessly. I've tried renewing my IP address with ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew, but neither of them worked. Whenever I try to connect I just get the message "Waiting for the network", and it disappears after a few minutes. I have a Toshiba Satellite A45-S250, and I've checked that my wireless card driver is up to date. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Also, I've checked that the encryption type (WPA-PSK and AES) and password are correct, so I don't think that's the problem.
