I have a HTC Wildfire, and noticed that I couldn't find certain apps in the Market even though other ppl seemed able to access them. Most apps were downloading and installing just fine, with the odd hiccup. I googled and found that the phone's model plus its version of Android add up to a footprint which fits all Wildfires with Android 2.1. All Desires with 2.1 have a different footprint and all Desires with 2.2 have yet another footprint. When the Market doesn't recognise a phone's footprint it hides copy-protected apps from the market.

Basically, who here suffers with the same problem and what phones do you have? Bug the hell out of your phone's manufacturer on their Facebook page asking them to get your phone's footprint recognised by the Market.
