Can't find my photos on my Nokia C1-01?

I go Menu > Gallery > Images, but only my received files come up. I can't take pictures because my memory's full due to me having a lot of photos on there as I've had it a long time, but not being able to find them!

I went to the Virgin phone shop and they cannot find them either? Can anyone help please as this is really causing me a problem!
 
do u have a memory card in it and are ur camera settings set to save ur images to the card? Do u have a file manager where u can find the images in a folder named images or photos? If u do find them in there, mark them all and move them to ur memory card.
Ur phone doesnt have much internal phone memory but u have the ability to really expand ur memory with a memory card. Unless u have deleted them, the photos must be in there somewhere.
