I have had this problem for SO long that I've started just transferring all my photos onto a memory card in the hope that one fine day I'll be able to tranfer onto computer and print them...but this can't go on!
I just can't transfer the photos.. I have in the past been able to transfer hotos from my phone to this computer. The old problem was that the computer wouldnt recognise my phone when I connected it via the USB cable - I uninstalled the software from my computer to start from scratch and today tried to install it again. However the Found New Hardware Wizard said that 'the hardware was not installed as the wizard cannot locate the necessary software'.
What can I do?
