Can't uninstall android apps.?

I have downloaded some pretty useless apps and when i go into manage apps and click on the app the uninstall button is not clickable. this happens with every app. even ones that are on my card and ones also installed to my phone. can someone please help with this?

Not sure if it matters but i have the Samsung proclaim. its running android 2.3 gingerbread

I'm having the exact same problem Max. I've been searching, but haven't found a fix for this yet. The Proclaim was uninstalling fine until I put Skyvi on it to check it out. Since then, all the apps are uninstallable.

If you come across a fix for this Max please post it and I will do the same.

Did u try touching the settings button at the left side of ur phone the one that have 2 horizontal lines and a box then hit edit button
