I was driving to school today and as I was changing lanes I got into an accident. Average size dents and no one was hurt. The problem is that the driver was here illegally, had no license, and therefore no insurance. I called the police after the accident, but she left before the police got there. No citations were released and no report was filed.
She was driving her sister's car and her sister had insurance. Since she was not on the insurance policy and since she had no license could they sue or file a claim against my insurance policy?
