Ok I live in AR and and seeing how much it would cost to have my system install. I have the amp, box, sub, all wires, head unit dash kit etc. I have everything just not the professional to do it for me.

it can be done if you just read the instructions, just take your time and don't cheap out because you get what you pay for.do not use that cheap fuse holder that comes with the kit.get about a 300 watt circuit breaker and run a power wire from your battery to were you think your going to put the amp.make sure you have the right wiring kit for the amp you are going to run.don't hook it up to anything about a ft down the line your running off the pos. post install the circuit breaker and trip it,make sure.then you hook up that wire to the pos.battery post and the tricky thing is you have to drill a hole in your firewall in a safe place and it almost all the time is placed on the drivers side there's more room no heater duct to deal with.so after you get the heart to drill that hole in a safe place a little bigger then the wire and allow for a rubber grommet to put in the hole you drilled.then take tie wraps and tie wrap that power wire to the main harness that runs along the passenger fender and across the firewall to the drivers side were you drilled the hole.run the wire into your truck and make sure it looks clean with the tie wraps under the hood.all this can be done before you power the wire up so just leave it unhooked from the pos battery pos.now you need a good place to ground a wire as thick as the power wire or thicker and find some good clean steel to ground it to with a connector and a sheet metal screw and blast it into a good clean steel for your ground.this is were you should install a capacitor this is a small 2 farad cap too store energy for your amp.it is just like hooking up a battery the power and the ground you ran should join the pos and neg on capacitor and run a power strip of the pos. side of cap also and this is were you will get the power for your amp or amps if later you want to power up something else and cover it with some rubber so the contacts are protected on the power strip.the rest of this install will be in the instruction manual of each piece you get too.one more thing you will need a plug in that fits your new head unit go to audio store and tell them the type of truck you have and they will hook you up with the right one that will plug into your stock radio wiring harness and get wired to your new head unit 2 plugs one for speakers and one for power.and every thing is in the instructions that's left to do like i said, follow them to a tee and pick them audio installers brains it free.good luck.
