Car audio msking noise, engine noise?

Ok I installed a hifonics, but there was engine noise, I grounded the steteo but that didnt, work, my rca cables are on the opposite sides of the power. I do have. A power splitter, 4guage going to two 8 guage. What can be wrong? The amp itself? My woofers give me no noise, they are connected to a boss.

I'm looking at the hifonics brz 1200/1700/2100/2400.1 manual and heres what they say the 3 top causes of engine noise are.

1.) Radiation pickup of rca cables too near to a fuel pump or distributor, for instance relocate cables
2.) check that headunit ground is connected straight to vehicles chasis, and does not use factory wiring for ground.
3.) try to provide te headunit with a clean 12v supply directly from the battery + , instead of using a supply from the amplifier,one component at a time.
