ok so just brought a bmw 1995 and the guy i bought it off was a bit of a faggy boy racer. He had put a bit off money into the car and its been well looked after, anyway its got tones of upgrades, new angel eye headlights, exhaust, headdeck, etc. And its got these really gay neon/LED lights running over the dash board and running up the middle console. Whenever i open the door they flick on and stay on unless i close the door, i dont mind the middle ones but i had to take the one off the dash board, so its pretty much this one strip connected to sum wires hanging out of the dash board, so i cut the wires and now my back speakers dont work, im just about to get my sub and some new speakers put in so ill get the guy to fix it up but was wondering if there is a short term quick fix solution, theres 2 wires and i rapped them seperately in electrical tape, was wondering if i connect the two wires together and then rapp them in electrical tape will that fix the problem or fry the circuit of sumthing
