Car Audio Speaker Amp Wont Power?

I have all my wires directed to the back trunk to my 2 channel amp and my class d kenwood.
problem is when i connect my 2 channel amp or my other 1 channel bazooka (cheap speaker amps for now) Ground, Remote, Power i get no power and it cuts out my bass which is all i can listen to driving me insane as all i jam to all day is booom boooooom boom boooom boooom booom booom booooooom booom kinda get anyoing without a speaker amp any suggestion i will love to read

i am trying to trouble shoot it by running one speaker so no speaker short.
ground is grounded
positive is postived
and my remote i even jumped it

somtime when jumping my fuse it sparks

taken both amps apart and dont know what to look for no corrsion

First of all Im just having trouble trying to understand your question.
Is the sub amp on? and amp for mids and treb off?
Do you have separate power, fuses & grounds for each circuit? or are both amps connected to the same power and ground?
