Car audio? Type R vs Kicker CVR on 900rms Amp?

I want to get either two 12" or 15". The Kenwood 9104d, it says 900w RMS and 1800w peak. So does that mean each sub would only get 450w rms at 1 ohm? And if I'm getting 2ohm subs what do I do? I'm getting ported, because I like loud boomy music, so which would hit low notes harder and better and ill just take a wild guess and say my trunk could support dimensions of .. 15" height, 35" width, and 50" length. Thanks in advance.

Type R subs would be my choice.

Yes. You'll get 450 watts per sub.

If you're getting 2 ohms subs, wire them in parallel for a 1 ohm load. That amp is regulated at 900 watts in either a 2 ohm or 1 ohm load.
