Car vents aren't changing positions?

The air vents in my 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee aren't moving. For example; when I turn the vent knob to blow air on my face and legs, it's stays in the windshield vents. No matter what setting I turn it to, the air stays going to the windshield vents. Any minor\major repairs needed to be done?
 
does your vehicle use vacuum to change your mode doors or does it have elctrical mode doors
