I made some caramel apples today and I put them on the wax paper thinking that it will stop the apple from sticking to the plate. Unfrotunately the wax paper did get stuck and doesn't want to come off. DOes anybody know on what should I set the apples after diping in caramel so they won't stick

The caramel will stick regardless. What you want to do is either spray the wax paper with pam or something, or use a light layer of crisco or similar solid fat product.

I have never heard of that problem before. Waxed paper always worked for me, but I think maybe you could try spraying the paper with the non-stick cooking sprays. At least it would not be bad to eat.
I can't imagine what would cause the paper to stick to the plate unless it was super hot and melted. Good Luck
