Carburetor Question for a 1981 Chevy Camaro with a V6 Engine?

I am looking to buy a 1981 Camaro with a V6 Engine, the person I am going to buy the car from says it needs a new Carburetor. How much would a Carburetor be for the Camaro since I need that to run the car.
