We are not really cruise type people, but we are going on a Holland America Eurodam cruise to the Caribbean for Christmas. We went on a cruise years ago, but this one is a family reunion. The locations we are stopping at are below. I just wanted to know, .... if we do not buy excursions, is there always something to do at the ports, or should we really be buying extra excursions? We are on a budget, but I don't want to blow the vacation if I don't sign up for some. Will it be totally boring if we do not buy the extra excursions? -- Also, any good small Christmas gift ideas for extended family would be appreciated. Here are the ports.
