I have only eaten at Prime Time, as the reviews for SciFi food are not good at all.

The food at Prime Time s very good. The interaction can be hit or miss. One time we have a sever that really wasn't into the whole thing, but the server at the table next to ours picked up the slack and kept us entertained.
 
...and atmosphere? Some people say they love the 50's Prime Time Cafe with Mom and family serving and others say it is more fun at Sci-Fi sitting in the old cars at a drive in. Let me know your choice for both food and atmosphere!!! I can only eat at ONE place and a picking the one with the most votes.
 
I have not been to either unfortunitly. I did not make reservations and could not get in. But according the The Unificial Guide to Disneyworld the Sci Fi is more of an attraction then the quality of food. They suggest that you make late reservations and have desert instead of a full meal. You can pull up there menu on Disneyworld website and view the prices. So you might want to book the 50's cafe for lunch or dinner and book the sci fi for a snack.
