i have a radio and an antennae. I'm not sure if that's what I need to do the SOS signal, but I've tried looking for a transmitter and cannot find it. I have tried going to Volcano summit, turning on the radio, and finding SOS, but it's not there. Help! Can I get to Crystal Island once it rises?
