cat dilemma (i keep getting this cat in my home)?

i have a kitten he's about 10 months odd and he's got this best friend he always chills with. any ways since my kitten goes out randomly and now goes toilet outside we decided to get him a cat flap in his own personal room (the conservatory) any ways his mate keeps coming through and eating all his food and pisses the place to mark his territory. i don't want to be mean if i see him i always offer him biscuits because he's a grown cat and he looks out for ma baby (the kitten). lol

so how can i stop him from eating the food and coming in, if i blocked the cat flap then my kitten cant go out to go toilet or come home to sleep at night when ever he wishes.
 
the first istake you made was feeding that other cat, you invited him into your home, and now you have to kick him out, and the only way to do that would be to block the door. As long as you let your cat out every so often he should be fine. He may just go outside at night anyways so you let him out before you go to bed, and if you want leave a little bed out by your door.
